Accreditation is a quality assurance process carried out based on specific, predefined, internationally accepted, and publicly disclosed quantitative and qualitative criteria and indicators. These are aligned with the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG 2015).

Purpose of Accreditation

The goal of accrediting an academic program is to:

  • Ensure the quality of Higher Education.
  • Promote the efficiency and transparency of overall operations within Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).

The MSc in “Climate Crisis and Information and Communication Technologies” is in the process of being accredited by the Hellenic Authority for Higher Education (HAHE). Its certification is expected soon, further affirming the program’s commitment to excellence and compliance with high academic standards.
