During the course of study, 15 scholarships are awarded annually based on student performance, distributed across semesters and upon graduation. Below is a detailed breakdown:
1. Scholarships for the Winter Semester (February)
After the completion of the winter semester, the program awards:
- Five (5) scholarships to students with the highest average grades.
Distribution:
- Top-ranking student: €1,700.
- In the event of a tie:
- All tied students receive a certificate of commendation.
- The amount is either distributed equally or awarded via a draw conducted in the presence of the Coordinating Committee and the tied students.
- Next four students: €850 each.
- In the event of a tie: the same procedure as above applies.
2. Scholarships for the Spring Semester (July)
After the completion of the spring semester, the program awards:
- Five (5) scholarships to students with the highest average grades.
Distribution:
- Top-ranking student: €1,600.
- In the event of a tie: the same procedure as in the winter semester applies.
- Next four students: €800 each.
- In the event of a tie: the same procedure as in the winter semester applies.
3. Graduation Scholarships (February)
After the completion of the third semester (exam period in February), the program awards:
- Five (5) scholarships to students with the highest graduation average grades.
Distribution:
- Top-ranking graduate: €1,600.
- In the event of a tie: the same procedure as in previous semesters applies.
- Next four graduates: €800 each.
- In the event of a tie: the same procedure as in previous semesters applies.
Notes
- In all cases of a tie, tied students will receive a certificate of commendation. Decisions on the distribution of tied amounts are made by the Department Assembly.
- The scholarships are distributed as per the above criteria to reward and encourage academic excellence.
