Presentation of case law from Greece and Europe.<\/li>\n<li>Intellectual property law: Object of protection \u2013 the concept of work and specialization by categories, with emphasis on software and databases. Presentation of case law from Greece and Europe.<\/li>\n<li>Intellectual property law: Subject of protection \u2013 analysis of cases of dependent creator, creator of software. Presentation of case law from Greece and Europe.<\/li>\n<li>Intellectual property law: Content of protection \u2013 presentation of moral rights and correlation with new technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Intellectual property law: Content of protection \u2013 presentation of proprietary rights and correlation with new technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Intellectual property law \u2013 Limitations\/exceptions of proprietary rights \u2013 presentation of standardized open access licenses (Creative Commons).<\/li>\n<li>Introduction to the philosophy of open-source software, presentation of major open-source licenses (GPL, EUPL), and discussion of legal challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Discussion on digital accessibility to creative material in the era of artificial intelligence and the metaverse.<\/li>\n<li>Trademark law in the digital era \u2013 NFTs, virtual goods\/services.<\/li>\n<li>Patent law and new technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Presentation of special topics related to emerging technologies (e.g., Metaverse &amp; Intellectual Property issues).<\/li>\n<li>Presentation of special topics related to emerging technologies (e.g., Artificial Intelligence &amp; Intellectual Property Issues).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ghidini, G. \u2013 Falce, V.
