Due to the continued growth of our activities, we are recruiting a Project Officer to join our expanding team of experts and professionals. The candidate should live in Greece and be able to telework.

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual with a commitment to excellence in digital education, digital sovereignty, responsible and explainable AI, digital credentials, open science, and innovation for a sustainable and inclusive future.

The role includes:

  • Assisting the management of EU-funded projects (Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, etc.)
  • Grant writing
  • Reporting (contribute to the drafting of studies, reports, project deliverables)
  • Monitoring project progress
  • Conducting regular monitoring of news and developments at the forefront of research and innovation in educational technology.
  • Giving public talks and presentations at project meetings, workshops, conferences

What we are looking for

  • Degree in Social Sciences and Humanities yet with demonstrated knowledge of technology.
  • Experience in EU grants, project management, and monitoring.
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral, demonstrated through a degree and/or professional experience.
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Greek citizen living in Greece (any location).
  • Ability to telework from a quiet and suitable home office location.
  • Ability to travel abroad for professional purposes.
